Ibrahim has demonstrated broad skills in dealing with multi-parties proceedings, and complex bankruptcy and banking disputes that require a highly technical analysis.

  • Advised and acted on behalf of an Indian bank in liquidation proceedings against a construction group of companies in Abu Dhabi.

  • Advised and acted on behalf of a local Islamic bank in several disputes brought against it by investors under sukuk transactions.
  • Advised and acted on behalf of an SCA-regulated brokerage company in a number of proceedings against defaulted investors under Margin Account Agreements.
  • Advised and acted on behalf of a GCC governmental entity in their dispute under the 2006 ISDA agreement.
