Biography

Mahmoud Homidat is a Senior Associate in the Litigation practice in Abu Dhabi.

Mahmoud joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2000. He has vast experience in setting up foreign and local companies and different corporate structures in the UAE. His experience includes limited liability companies, private joint stock companies, branches of foreign companies and restructuring group companies. Mahmoud also provides professional legal assistance, advice and counsel on restructuring legal entities and group companies in addition to advising a wide range of clients with group family businesses. Mahmoud led the restructuring of a big family group in Abu Dhabi.

Mahmoud has vast experience in drafting contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, employment and other matters. Mahmoud also works on litigation cases, especially the stock market issues and disputes between the brokerages companies and their investors.
