• International Petroleum and Investment Company (IPIC) and OQ (formerly known as Oman Oil Company) in the sale of their entire shareholding in a leading Dubai-based private joint stock company to HNWIs;
• Aldar Properties in its share acquisition of a strategic asset in the UAE;
• A Dubai-based investment management firm in its sponsoring of a series of investments in land parcels in the UAE through Cayman and ADGM-based vehicles;
• An investment holding group in its acquisition of:
  • A UAE-based target operating in the agricultural sector;
  • A Dubai-based target with international dredging and land reclamation operations; and
  • A stake in a UAE-led consortium to invest in one of Egypt’s largest agri-food industrial complexes;
